Lauren no longer sleeps in her "kib" and proudly shows off her brand new "Big-Girl Bed". We view this transition along the same lines of a prisoner being transferred from a maximum security prison to a minimum security prison. With no bars to keep her secured in her bed, she freely roams the house in search of trouble.
